This at-home wedding was 18 months in the making. It took three months to construct a custom deck to elevate the tent, followed by 10 days of tent installation. In anticipation of the celebration, the clients planted 18,000 tulip bulbs to create a truly stunning setting.
This outdoor wedding reception at Rancho Valencia featured a custom-built grid structure adorned with more than 100,000 cascading white strands of lights. Our team dedicated three full days to constructing the structure and hanging each strand, with two additional nights devoted to lighting tests for the perfect glow.
A destination wedding at the iconic Hotel Del Coronado was brought to life with bold colors and bespoke décor. The ballroom dazzled with more than 350,000 stems of flowers, while the outdoor ceremony featured over 100,000 stems. To make this transformation possible, four trucks delivered fresh florals and five additional trucks supplied custom rental pieces.
The Fairmont Grand Del Mar ballroom was transformed into a springtime floral oasis. For an exclusive dining experience, guests ordered from a custom menu rather than selecting entrees in advance, bringing an element of spontaneity to the meal. Out-of-town guests were treated to a true luxury escape, with the couple covering airfare, plush accommodations at the host hotel, and carte blanche access to all hotel amenities for an unforgettable stay.
